Cancellation Policy
All sessions are prepaid. Your appointment is confirmed once payment and the booking form are received. Session time is firm. Sessions will end at the scheduled time and will not be extended. If you need additional support, you’re welcome to book another session. Rescheduling and cancellations. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using your confirmation link. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment are not refundable. Late arrivals. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be canceled and is non-refundable. Who should attend? The person booking should be prepared to discuss the facts and, ideally, have the authority to make decisions or include a decision-maker in the call. Document review. If you want us to review documents (policies, emails, write-ups, screenshots, etc.), please submit them at least 24 hours before the session. An extensive document review may require an additional session. No guaranteed outcomes. We cannot guarantee outcomes. Results depend on accurate information, timing, and how recommendations are applied. Scope of guidance. The information and recommendations provided are general in nature and based only on what you share in the booking form and during the session. Guidance may change if new information becomes available or if details are missing or inaccurate. You remain responsible for decisions and implementation. Not legal advice.
